Make a SERVER ON CSPSP PLZ

Hey guys can you make a server on CSPSP? I love when I saw my friends open their own server and I play there

Whats the reason?
1.)you'll act as a administrator on the Server
2.)less ping recieved so you look like a pro
3.)you can kick/ban players you've hated
4.)you can assign your friends to become an administrator in your server
5.)you can put your own maps like the starwars map, then the players will download it

hmm nice idea but my CSPSP don't work in multiplayer (

nuclear what does it say when u try to go online? and did u get the latest version?
